Well, this depends on how your life is set up and what you want out of it. Modern life often requires us to develop fitness in a variety of areas well beyond our physical capabilities. Every human has a different set of values, hopes, dreams, goals and plans - and this is what we will be working on together in our Private Coaching sessions. We will work to define what matters most to you and we’ll develop a realistic execution plan to get you moving towards what you want in many different areas over the course of our time together. A big part of the work we’ll be doing is also to decide what matters less to you, even if a lot of people in your world seem to be overly focused on those things.

  • YOUR MIND - Deepening mindfulness in your life with philosophy, reframing tools and meditation.

This is not always easy work, but it’s the key to really getting what you want out of the gift that is your life. We will make this work fun and I think you’ll be surprised by how you can gain traction in many areas of your life when using the right tools to get yourself focused on what matters to you.
